Hur är känslan att vara tillbaka i Örebro Syrianska?
– Det är häftigt att vara tillbaka, men också skönt. Det är en omställning från ÖSK Söder, här kör vi ju riktigt hårda pass. Det känns i kroppen och man har lite tunga ben. I januari-februari är det helt okey att ha det, eftersom det är under uppbyggnadsfasen. Även att vi äntligen får en egen hemma arena är skönt. Det saknades det året jag spelade för Örebro Syrianska.
Förutom träningsdosen, är det andra saker som skiljer sig i syrianska i år jämte mot det året du va med 2006?
– Allt är väldigt mycket bättre. Man slarvar inte med något och det är det som gör att kvalitén ökar. Vi får träna utvilade och koncentrera oss helt på fotbollen. Det har blivit mer seriositet från både ledningen och folket runt omkring.
Hur känner du inför konkurrensen på anfallsposition?
– Bara bra, men man måste visa att man vill spela, sedan är det öppen konkurrens. Det är tufft att ta en tröja i Örebro Syrianska, oavsett vem man konkurrerar med, men jag har kommit hit för att kämpa hårt och förtjäna en plats. Mitt jobb är att göra så gott jag kan och göra beslutet svårt för tränarna. Jag känner ingen oro, men samtidigt är det roligt att det finns så bra anfallare säsongen 2008. Jag tror aldrig att Örebro Syrianska haft så bra anfallare tidigare.
Vad har du för egna målsättningar med 2008?
– Jag har faktiskt satt höga målsättningar såsom att vinna Div 3 Västra Svealand, något jag ser fram emot med hela truppen. Jag har även som mål att vara med och slåss om förstaplatsen i skytteligan
